Your dog’s stay should feel calm, predictable, and well‑supported. Our Bed & Biscuit Boarding Kennel was created to give dogs a warm, secure environment with attentive monitoring, individualized outdoor time, and the medical oversight only a veterinary‑supervised facility can provide.

Comfortable Sleeping Spaces

Every dog enjoys a clean, cozy sleeping area featuring warm, comfortable Snyder laminate cage banks (no cold stainless steel), soft blankets and towels, and fresh food and water twice daily. Some of our runs include chewproof raised beds for dogs who prefer elevated resting spaces. We never use
newspaper bedding — every guest gets real comfort.

Individual Outdoor Walks

Each dog receives one-on-one, supervised outdoor walks with one of our dog-loving, trained kennel technicians. Our outdoor area is quiet, safe, routinely cleaned, and enriched with natural climbing rocks for exploring and stretching their legs.

Personalized Care

Every dog has their own personality, preferences, and comfort needs. We’re happy to tailor extra quiet time, additional walks, special feeding routines, enrichment preferences, and medical accommodations. Just let us know what helps your dog feel at home.

If anything changes, our medical team is immediately available.

Medical Boarding Available

All medical care is provided under the supervision of our veterinarians.

Medication & Special Care

Medication and special care needs must be disclosed at the time of booking. All medications must be labeled with written instructions. Insulin pets must arrive with food and syringes. Medical boarding is supervised by our veterinarians.

Safety & Behavior

Pets with a history of biting or aggression must be disclosed at the time of booking. Reactive pets may require special accommodations. We may decline boarding if safety cannot be ensured.

What to Bring

DropOff & PickUp Times

Monday–Saturday

Drop Off: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Pick Up: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Saturday

The clinic is closed on Saturdays, but boarding operates normally. Please ring the doorbell to the left of the main entrance. A kennel/boarding attendant will meet you at the door as quickly as possible.

Sunday

Closed

Pets not picked up by 8:00 PM will stay overnight, incur an additional night’s boarding charge, and be discharged the next business day. We cannot accommodate early or late dropoffs/pickups.

Holiday & PeakTime Policies

Deposits may be required during holidays. Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit the deposit. Space is limited — early booking is recommended.

Payment & CheckOut

Payment is completed via a text-to-pay link for a smooth, contactless checkout. In-clinic payments (CareCredit, cash, local checks) can be processed only during clinic operating hours. Saturday pickups must be fully paid by Friday close of business, either via text-to-pay or in-clinic payment.
