Our Pet Taxi service is designed to help pets receive the care they need when you’re unable to bring them to the clinic yourself. Whether you’re at work, dealing with transportation challenges, or caring for family, we’re here to make veterinary care more accessible and less stressful.

How Our Pet Taxi Works

When you schedule a Pet Taxi pickup:

A team member will arrive at your home at the scheduled time
Your pet will be transported safely to our clinic
We’ll complete the services you requested or that your pet needs
We’ll keep you updated throughout their visit
When your pet is ready, we’ll bring them safely back home

This service is ideal for vaccines and preventive care visits, sick visits, diagnostics, boarding admissions, follow-up appointments, and in-home euthanasias.

Before Pickup

Preparing for your pet’s visit helps us work efficiently and keeps your pet as comfortable as
possible. A few simple steps can make the day smoother for everyone.

Make sure your pet is safely contained (carrier, leash, or harness)
Have any medications or supplements ready if they need to come with your pet
Ensure we have the correct phone number for updates and communication
Complete any required forms before pickup (we’ll text them to you if needed)

During Your Pet’s Visit

While your pet is with us:

You’ll stay fully informed even if you can’t be here in person.

After the Appointment

When your pet is ready to go home:

Our Pet Taxi is a transportation service only — not an ambulance. We cannot provide emergency medical care during transit. If your pet is experiencing a medical emergency, please bring them directly to the clinic or call us so we can guide you on the safest next steps.
