How to Prepare For Your Visit

Preparing for your pet’s visit helps us work efficiently and keeps your pet as comfortable as
possible. A few simple steps can make the day smoother for everyone.

Please bring your pet on a secure leash or in a carrier.
If your pet is anxious, let us know — we can help with gentle handling or calming strategies.
Bring any medications your pet is currently taking, including any over-the-counter supplements.
If your pet has records or lab work from elsewhere, please text/email them to us before your visit.
Avoid feeding your pet right before the appointment unless medically necessary.
Complete any required forms (we’ll text them to you).

Forms & Communication

To help us care for your pet efficiently:

Complete either a Sick Visit Form or a Vaccine/Preventive Care Form, depending on the reason for the visit.
If the correct form hasn’t been submitted, we’ll text it to you before you leave.
All updates, estimates, and questions will be sent by phone or text to the number you confirm at checkin.
If the doctor needs to speak with you in person, we’ll let you know right away.

Day Admission Deposit

To reserve your Day Admission slot, a $175 nonrefundable deposit is required at admission. This deposit is applied directly to your invoice and helps us hold space and staffing for pets who need same‑day care.
